Eloquence Wax & Skin operates a professional waxing and skincare studio that provides hair removal services, facial treatments, intimate care treatments, head spa services, and related beauty services. The website serves as the primary platform for clients to learn about our services, view pricing, and book appointments. Clients can schedule appointments through our integrated booking system and engage our services for customized skincare and waxing treatments.
Electronic Communications

You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Children Under Thirteen

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours advance notice by contacting us via email or phone. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full service amount. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment.
For service packages and bundles, unused portions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service of equal or lesser value at the discretion of Eloquence Wax & Skin. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Info@eloquencewaxskin.com, and refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

Arbitration
